I can do the right to work for you and make sure they are legal, I can make sure that all candidates can get a DBS check when needed.

I will attend the interview and first start date with the potential member of staff to make sure that they attend so no time is wasted.

I have a cost effective way of dealing with companies to make it more affordable which for you which saves you wasting money on staff that might not show up or you train them and leave.

I will be interviewing staff to see how much experience they have and to make sure they are the right fit. I will attend with them on their interviews to make sure they turn up and have a discussion with yourselves after the interview to take on board your thoughts before the company giving them a trial.

Anyone that has been unemployed will have to take on some training courses to show commitment to finding employment which will be provided by myself and no charge to your company.
