I have found my strengths in representing, motivating and building someone’s confidence through my union duties.
This led me to being an Employment Advisor for a well known company where I reached and exceeded targets whilst still keeping the main goal of making sure clients get suitable employment.
When I changed to a more local office I noticed that the office in general failed to keep their clients in work - they were more worried about targets and kept taking short cuts into reaching them. They made targets unrealistic and treated staff and clients badly, if the staff mentioned the flaws we would be put on HR warnings for poor performance when it was clearly out of our control.
I decided then that in the future I would have my own company that would put staff, clients and companies first at all times so that clients stay in employment and this company can be the most trusted in the Recruitment Industry.
I founded Corina’s Recruitment Services in March 2026 to bring fairness, flexibility, clarity and genuine support back into Employment, whilst maintaining a professional easy system for Employers to get the right member of staff for the job role without going through lots of staff.
I combine advocacy, job‑search coaching, and fair recruitment processes to help people move forward with confidence.
Credentials:
Employment Advisor for 2 yrs that worked with the DWP.
Union Volunteer Union Rep for 3 yrs working with union officials, managements and staff.
